• Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy our valuation methodology
• Not share or resell reports generated for other parties without permission

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required before receiving your valuation report. All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Once a report has been generated and delivered, no refunds will be provided as the service has been fully rendered.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, methodology, and materials on our platform are the property of Valuation Labs Limited. You may use your generated report for your own business purposes but may not reproduce our methodology or platform content.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valuation Labs Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the use of our service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
